By using BrokerBase, you consent to receive communications from us and from brokers or companies that invite you to the platform (e.g., quotes, documents, notices) in electronic form. You agree that we may provide required disclosures, notices, and other information electronically, and that your use of the platform and any electronic acceptance (e.g., clicking "Accept" or signing via the platform) constitutes your consent to do business electronically.

Types of Electronic Records

Electronic communications and records may include:

• Quotes, proposals, and financing terms
• Documents and attachments
• Account and security notices
• Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal disclosures
• Any other notices or records we or your broker are required to provide

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you need:

• A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access
• A current web browser that supports secure connections
• Software capable of displaying PDFs and web content
• Sufficient storage to save or print documents if you wish to retain them

We may update these requirements. If we do, we will notify you and you may need to upgrade your software or hardware to continue receiving electronic communications.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting us at support@brokerbase.appor by closing your account. Withdrawal of consent may mean that we or your broker can no longer provide certain services to you electronically (for example, sending quotes or documents through the platform). You may receive a final confirmation electronically. After withdrawal, we may provide required notices by mail or other non-electronic means where permitted by law.

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of electronic records by contacting us or your broker. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies as permitted by law.
